Pro-Race Exhaust Systems offer a lifetime guarantee on many of our products.

We provide this because we are confident you will find the quality and construction of the product exceeds your expectations.

 

Our Warranty:

Any Pro-Race exhaust or associated product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the period of your ownership, this warranty is non-transferable. You can register your product online.

Please retain your original invoice/receipt as proof of purchase, should you need to make a claim against your products warranty, you will need to provide this proof you are the original owner of your product.

Should a defect occur with the exhaust during your ownership, contact us or the dealer where you purchased the product, they will advise you of the necessary steps to take.

 

Important Points:

• Failure to register your Pro-Race product within 28 days of the date of delivery will void your warranty, so please don’t wait.

• If the fault is deemed to be due to defective material or manufacturing processes, Pro-Race Exhaust Systems will attempt to repair or completely replace the defective product in line with your warranty.

• Slight discolouration of titanium or stainless-steel products due to generated heat is not deemed to be a defect and is a natural process that occurs within the material itself. Therefore, this is not covered by your warranty.

Warranty Limitations:

• Any defects must be reported in accordance with this warranty.

• Any defects must be reported as soon as possible, to avoid causing any future claims against your warranty being rejected.

• This warranty does not cover any damage to, or loss incurred resulting from a manufacturing defect.

• This warranty does not cover the improper installation, modification, maintenance, or use of your Pro-Race product.

• This warranty does not cover any modifications not previously approved by Pro-Race Exhaust Systems.

• This warranty does not cover defected products supplied by a 3rd party, where installation, modification, maintenance, or use has contributed to damage or defect.

• This warranty does not cover any further defect, damage to, or loss incurred from continuous use of any Pro-Race product once a defect has been identified.

• This warranty does not cover the installation, maintenance, modification, or use of any Pro-Race product on any vehicle other than the intended vehicle.

• This warranty does not cover any defects caused by excessive vibrations or other modifications to the vehicle.

• This warranty does not cover any incurred shipping, freight, or labour costs incurred during the removal and refitting of any Pro-Race product.

• This warranty does not cover internal over pressurisation or backfires caused my incorrect fuelling, mapping, or modification.

• This warranty does not cover the use of any Pro-Race product for competition use or track use unless previously approved by Pro-Race Exhaust Systems.

• This warranty will not cover damage to, or loss of any Pro-Race product where crash damage has occurred.

• Any defect that is deemed to be a result from the above limitations will result in your warranty being void and will incur charges to repair or replace your Pro-Race product.
