Cancellation & Returns Policy


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us on 01733 844778 or alternatively email info@Pro-Race.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has already been manufactured, picked or packed, the order will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

 7 Day Money-Back Guarantee

For any Pro-Race product you intend to return, you must notify us within seven days of receipt of the product. Fulfilled orders may not be returned to Pro-Race Exhaust Systems without prior agreement. Documentation in support of this must be obtained from Pro-Race Exhaust Systems.

  1. Any Pro-Race product returned must be shipped with a tracked service and accompanied by supporting documentation.

  2. A restocking charge of 40% will be imposed for non-defected returned products, this is charged as all products manufactured by Pro-Race Exhaust Systems are hand-made to order. In addition, Pro-Race products are manufactured to your exact specifications when ordered.

  3. Products must be returned in their original unused condition complete with the original packaging.

  4. We will not refund money paid or deposits on any products that have been specially tailored to your specifications, for example, non-stock products or custom work.

  5. If the product is delivered and believe the product to be defected, you have a right to cancel the contract, return the product, and receive either a full refund or a replacement product in accordance with our lifetime warranty and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  6. If the product is deemed to be non-defective and is returned due to being unwanted, we will charge a 40% re-stocking fee on all products.

  7. Products to be returned are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, you must ensure they are packaged securely and will not be damaged in transit.

 Non-Receipt of Items

If you have not received your product within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Please contact us. Once we confirm you have not received your item, we will investigate both internally and with our couriers.

Our couriers are unable to investigate non-receipt deliveries once 7 days have elapsed from the estimated delivery date. Regardless, Pro-Race Exhaust Systems will do our best to help.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged from the courier, please sign for the item as being ‘damaged’, and then open the parcel to inspect for any damage to the product. Please contact us for further instructions. All returns must be sent back to Pro-Race Exhaust Systems, Unit 4, 263 Oilmills Road, Ramsey Mereside, Cambridgeshire, PE26 2TT unless otherwise stated.

 Any 3rd party products and special order products that are not manufactured by Pro-Race Exhaust Systems cannot be returned for a refund.

International Returns

If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains (returned goods)- (inward processing relief) or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge raised, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstance will we pay custom charges to receive our products back.

If you are returning a non-faulty item, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Import Duty

Any Pro-Race product shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to an import duty, this is imposed by international customs. Duties and associated costs will be at the discretion of the relevant customs department in your country. 

Pro-Race products are insured and valued at the invoiced amount, in the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged, Pro-Race Exhaust Systems can claim back this insured amount and get a replacement product sent out as soon as practicable.

Due to products being valued at the invoiced amount, Pro-Race Exhaust Systems have no influence on the duties or associated costs imposed on shipping our products outside of the United Kingdom. For further guidance on this, please research import duties in your country or get in contact with the courier handling your shipment.

The product to be returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind, we strongly recommended that you send the product using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the product. We cannot refund any returned products lost in the post.
