Dispatch Policy
All products ordered are subject to product availability. All Pro-Race products are hand-made to your specification.
Timescales for dispatch and delivery vary based on the material and specification of the product ordered, please check individual listing for the current lead times associated.
Royal Mail & UPS fulfil the majority of our shipments, they offer a tracked delivery service as standard. These couriers are fully integrated with our internal handling systems. This means you will receive an email/text with your tracking details when your product is dispatched. We may use other couriers/handlers at our discretion (without prior warning or consent). Collection from our Cambridgeshire based factory is also available.
Due to the extremely high demand for our products we currently have lead times, lead times for each product are available on a product by product basis on the online shop.

All our products are hand-made to your specification, certain products may be in stock, but this is not a guarantee. Pro-Race Exhaust Systems will dispatch stock products on the same day if purchased before the specified cut-off time (1 PM Monday – Thursday (10:30 AM Friday).
Pro-Race products not in stock are processed and begin production promptly, they are manufactured to your specification with dispatch taking place within the estimated lead time specified. Please check individual listing for the current lead times associated.
A delivery timescale will be presented to you upon checking out. We offer multiple delivery methods. Delivery times are estimated and the timescale commences from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Please note that once a parcel is dispatched from our factory, the responsibility is with our couriers to deliver your product on time. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery times regardless of which delivery method is selected.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, this is calculated from the order contents and the delivery destination.
Any Pro-Race product shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to an import duty, this is imposed by international customs. Duties and associated costs will be at the discretion of the relevant customs department in your country.
Pro-Race products are insured and valued at the invoiced amount, in the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged, Pro-Race Exhaust Systems can claim back this insured amount and get a replacement product sent out as soon as practicable.
Due to products being valued at the invoiced amount, Pro-Race Exhaust Systems have no influence on the duties or associated costs imposed on shipping our products outside of the United Kingdom. For further guidance on this, please research import duties in your country or get in contact with the courier handling your shipment.
