We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That's why many Pro-Race exhaust products come with our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our Lifetime Warranty applies for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and is non-transferable.

What's Covered?

Your Pro-Race Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during the period that you, as the original purchaser, own the product.

If we confirm that a problem is covered by the warranty, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include repairing or replacing the affected product.

Register Your Warranty

Please register your Pro-Race product within 28 days of delivery using our online Product Registration page.

You should also keep your original invoice or receipt as proof of purchase, as we may require this when processing a warranty claim.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe there's a problem with your Pro-Race product, please stop using it where continued use could cause further damage and contact us as soon as possible.

What's Not Covered?

Our Lifetime Warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover problems caused by circumstances outside the manufacturing of the product.

This includes:

incorrect or improper installation;
misuse, neglect or improper maintenance;
unauthorised alterations or modifications;
fitting the product to a vehicle it wasn't intended for;
damage caused by excessive vehicle vibration;
damage resulting from other vehicle modifications;
damage caused by incorrect fuelling, mapping, backfires or excessive internal pressure;
accident, impact or crash damage;
continued use after a fault has become apparent, where that continued use causes additional damage;
competition or track use unless previously approved by Pro-Race; or
faults or damage caused by third-party products or components.

If damage isn't caused by a manufacturing defect, it will not be covered by the Lifetime Warranty. We may still be able to repair or replace the product, but charges may apply.

Heat Discolouration

Titanium and stainless-steel exhaust components can naturally change colour when exposed to high temperatures.

Normal heat-related discolouration is a characteristic of these materials and isn't considered a manufacturing defect, so it isn't covered by the Lifetime Warranty.

Fitting, Labour & Shipping Costs

The Lifetime Warranty covers the eligible Pro-Race product itself.

It does not cover additional costs such as removal, installation, refitting, labour, shipping or freight.

Track & Competition Use

Products used for track or competition purposes are not covered by the Lifetime Warranty unless that use has been approved by Pro-Race Exhaust Systems in advance.
