These Terms of Service apply when you use the Pro-Race Exhaust Systems website or purchase products from us.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Products

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.

Because many Pro-Race products are handmade, minor differences in appearance, finish or manufacturing characteristics may occur.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you order is suitable for your vehicle and intended use. If you're unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Pro-Race products are handmade after an order is placed and some are manufactured to the customer's individual specification.

Estimated production lead times are displayed on the relevant product pages.

Products made to your individual specification or clearly personalised for you may have different cancellation and return rights.

Orders

When you place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, for example if:

a product is unavailable;
there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
we cannot obtain payment; or
we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed on our website and applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, please contact us or we will contact you before proceeding with the affected order.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are provided during checkout where applicable.

Many products are handmade, so the estimated lead time shown on the product page applies before dispatch.

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimates and delays can occasionally occur.

Cancellations & Returns

Your rights depend on the product and circumstances of the purchase.

Standard products purchased online may qualify for cancellation and return rights. Different rules may apply to products made to your individual specification or clearly personalised.

Faulty Products

Products supplied by us must meet your statutory consumer rights.

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 covers what happens where goods supplied to consumers are faulty.

Lifetime Warranty

Many Pro-Race products are covered by our additional Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to its terms and exclusions.

The Lifetime Warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

Product Installation & Use

Products must be installed, maintained and used correctly and for their intended purpose.

Incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect vehicle setup or using a product on a vehicle for which it wasn't designed may cause damage and may affect your Lifetime Warranty.

Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.

Motorsport & Track Use

Some Pro-Race products may not be covered by our Lifetime Warranty when used for motorsport, competition or track purposes unless previously approved by us.

Please check the relevant product information and Lifetime Warranty before use.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful personal or business purposes.

You must not intentionally:

interfere with the operation or security of the website;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or associated systems;
use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; or
misuse Pro-Race content, branding or intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including Pro-Race branding, product photographs, designs, text and other original material, belongs to Pro-Race Exhaust Systems Ltd or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce or commercially use our protected content without permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

Our Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Privacy

We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and use cookies and similar technologies as explained in our Cookie Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

The terms that apply to your purchase will be those applicable to your order and any rights you have under applicable law.
